Knew exactly what he was talking about and fixed the chip so well I couldn't even find it on the windshield afterwards. Also just in general a really nice bloke.
The lady who took my call to make the appointment was very professional and friendly though I forgot her name. Got everything organised quickly and let me know all the details of the repair.
